A testament to the skill of the Romney Group providing creative solutions to complex property transactions, we established by providing three existing tenants with greater site efficiency, we able to consolidate a provide our owners with a larger and more regular development land parcel.
Through managing difficult site conditions and complex fire engineering designs we were able to gain approval for warehouse and office facility on an irregular shaped land parcel that met the all the requirements of the leasing market. Our design was vindicated when we secured a pre-commitment. We oversaw the entire project including Development Approval, project briefs and tender contract documentation. Project tendered and awarded as a Design and construct lump sum price.
