The Romney Group had total project control from inception to handover. We were initially appointment to assist with the assessment of the site including feasibility analysis, due diligence and contract negotiations, as well as providing reporting for Board Approval. As Development Manager we achieved Development Approval in a two staged consent and pre-committed of 50{271bc07d379db5403e99f9bbf668a64998495e4eb6615f92b208da10060478e1} of the development prior to appointing contractors. The project was awarded on a design and construct lump sum contract and RPG managed all reporting and progress payments and defects through to completion and handover.
