Review Occupancy requirements, undertake market research and prepare base building brief for expression of interest campaign. All occupancy options were considered including owner build, ‘turn key’ and pre-lease. Assess all options undertake feasibility and cash flow analysis and complete funding tables. A pre-lease was identified as a preferred option and RPG was appointed to negotiate lease terms, review and negotiate the terms of the Agreement for Lease and Lease, complete design development, project manage fitout, relocation and make good of existing premises.
