RPG conducted a critical review of a logistics facility on behalf of Private Property Syndicate and Colgate. Recommendations to improve building efficiency were adopted and we advised on commercial returns for the owner and negotiated the revised lease terms with the tenant. We project managed completion of a capital works program and the landlord for minimal expenditure was able to extend the lease term and achieve higher rental returns and the tenant was able to improve their operational efficiency on the site.
